Achieved High Ratings in Three Major IR Website Surveys

26 December 2025, Japanissan Chemical Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: YAGI Shinsuke, hereinafter “Nissan Chemical”) has achieved high ratings in the IR website surveys by Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd., (Nikko Investor Relations), Daiwa Investor Relations Co., Ltd. (Daiwa IR) and BroadBand Security, Inc.(BBSec).

Received AAA Website in All Japanese Listed Companies’ Website Ranking 2025 by Nikko Investor Relations

Nikko Investor Relations researches and evaluates IR websites of 3,937 public-listed companies based on Understandability, Usability/Accessibility, and Variety of information, and 525 companies were selected as award recipients this year (AAA Websites: 201 companies, AA Websites: 153 companies, A Websites: 171 companies).

Received Excellence Award in Internet IR Award 2025 by Daiwa IR

Daiwa IR researches and evaluates IR websites of 4,122 public-listed companies based on the concept of “5T&C*”, and 158 companies were selected as award recipients this year in terms of creating an excellent IR website and using it effectively in disclosure and communication activities (Grand Prize: 8 companies, Excellence Award: 19 companies, Commendation Award: 131 companies).

In addition, Nissan Chemical has won the Excellence Award in the Sustainability Category (Grand Prize: 3 companies, Excellence Award: 21 companies).

Received Silver Ranking in the 2025 Gomez IR Site Rankings by BBSec

BBSec researches and evaluates IR websites of all listed companies in Japan from an investor’s perspective based on their ease of use, the thoroughness of their financial and accounting information, the detail of their company and management information, and the extent of their transparency and information disclosure. 292 companies were selected as award recipients this year (Gold Ranking: 24 companies, Silver Ranking: 107 companies, Bronze Ranking: 161 companies).
