06 October 2025, US: New common name approved on 1st October 2025 for a pyrethroid insecticide from Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Co., Ltd. Chinese common name 四氟苯烯菊酯.
(2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)methyl (1R,3R)-3-[(1Z)-2-cyanoethenyl]-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate [3061364-30-2]
No objections have been received to the name “vinylfluthrin”, so it has become approved and will be included in a new edition of ISO 1750 that will include preferred names as well as common names.
