e-Kshatipurti Portal Extended Until September 10 for Crop Damage Registration in 1402 Villages Across 12 Districts of Haryana
01 September 2025, Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Nayab Singh Saini today announced that the e-Kshatipurti portal has been extended to remain open till September 10, 2025, to facilitate flood-affected farmers across all 1402 villages in 12 districts to register claims for crop damage caused by recent floods, standing water, heavy rain, and etc. during Kharif 2025. As per the latest data from the e-Kshatipurti portal, a total of 38,286 farmers have registered their crop damage claims. The registered total area is 2,42,945.15 acres till now.
The e-Kshatipurti portal for registering crop damage claims during Kharif 2025 has been opened for a total of 1402 villages across 12 districts in Haryana. Initially, the portal was opened for 188 villages spanning 7 districts: Rohtak with 21 villages, Hisar with 85 villages, Charkhi Dadri with 13 villages, Palwal with 17 villages, Sirsa with 2 villages, Bhiwani with 43 villages, and Rewari with 7 villages.
Further extension brought the portal availability in other villages, the 12 districts and their respective village counts are as follows: Rohtak (41), Hisar (86), Charkhi Dadri (34), Palwal (59), Sirsa (6), Bhiwani (43), Rewari (7), Kurukeshtra (75), Yamuna Nagar (600 covering all villages), Nuh (166), Fatehabad (21), and Jhajjar (264 covering all villages). The deadline for all farmers across these 12 districts to register their claims on the portal has now been extended until September 10, 2025, enabling all affected farmers ample time to report crop damage caused by floods, standing water, and heavy rain.
The district revenue officials will conduct verification of claims received through the portal as a Special Girdawari. Based on these assessments, compensation will be released as per the prescribed norms. The spokesperson urged farmers to register their crop damage claims at the earliest to benefit from this extended deadline.
He also clarified that under the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) norms, incidents of flood, standing water, and heavy rain are covered for claims on the e-Kshatipurti portal. After affected farmers register claims, revenue officials including Patwari, Kanungo, Circle Revenue Officer, DRO, SDO(C), Deputy Commissioner, and Divisional Commissioner will initiate damage assessments and compensation processing.
