10 June 2025, Wilmington: Nichino America, Inc. has announced significant leadership developments, reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth and global collaboration within the NICHINO Group.
Jeffrey Johnson to Continue as Chairman of Nichino America, Inc.
Effective July 1, 2025, Mr. Jeffrey Johnson will continue serving as Chairman of Nichino America, Inc. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s Board of Directors and management team, focusing on corporate governance and long-term strategic planning.
Mr. Johnson began his career with the NICHINO Group in 1997 as Commercial Development Manager at Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd. America — the predecessor to Nichino America. He was named Vice President of Nichino America in 2001, became President in 2002, and was appointed President and CEO in 2021. In 2023, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO.
Dustin Simmons Appointed Executive Officer of Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd., Continues as President of Nichino America, Inc.
Effective June 18, 2025, Mr. Dustin Simmons will join the Executive Board of Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd., the parent company of the NICHINO Group, as an Executive Officer. In this global role, he will help shape the company’s long-term international growth strategy while continuing to serve as President of Nichino America, Inc.
Simmons joined Nichino America in 2008 and has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development. In 2017, he was promoted to Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
