Madhya Pradesh Extends Paddy Procurement Registration Deadline to November 6

03 November 2025, New Delhi: The Madhya Pradesh government has extended the deadline for paddy procurement registration under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) system to November 6, 2025. This extension allows farmers who were unable to register earlier due to technical, logistical, or other issues to complete the process and participate in government procurement.

The extension applies to farmers in 16 districts: Dindori, Mandla, Balaghat, Satna, Chhindwara, Shahdol, Anuppur, Damoh, Seoni, Maihar, Umaria, Jabalpur, Sidhi, Alirajpur, Betul, and Panna. Farmers in these districts can register at their nearest procurement center, through the e-Uparjan portal, or at Common Service Centers (CSCs).

To register, farmers are required to provide an Aadhaar card, land ownership documents, a bank passbook, and crop details. Once registration is complete, they receive a receipt that enables them to sell their paddy at government procurement centers.

The state government aims to ensure that all eligible farmers can participate in the MSP procurement process and receive the fixed support price for their produce, helping prevent distress sales in the open market.
