Rovensa Next Appoints Adriana Boock as Chief Product Officer to Drive Global Biosolutions Innovation

12 November 2025, MadridRovensa Next, a global leader in biosolutions for agriculture, has appointed Adriana Boockas its new Chief Product Officer (CPO), strengthening the company’s innovation pipeline and global market leadership.

The appointment marks a significant step in Rovensa Next’s long-term strategy to advance integrated product development across its diverse portfolio — which includes biostimulants, biofertilizers, bionutrition, biocontrol, and adjuvants. Boock will report directly to Javier Calleja, CEO of Rovensa Group, and will oversee the Regulatory, R&D, Strategic Marketing, IP, and PMO functions to unify them under a single vision of growth and innovation.

Adriana Boock brings more than two decades of international experience in the agribusiness sector, having held senior leadership roles in companies such as Koppert, Clariant, and BASF. Her career reflects a strong focus on aligning science, R&D, and market needs to create sustainable value for growers worldwide.

At Koppert, where she served as Global Marketing Director, Boock played a key role in the company’s organizational transformation, integrating marketing, innovation, and regulatory functions to reinforce leadership in biocontrol technologies. Earlier, as Head of Crop Solutions at Clariant in Switzerland, she managed the company’s global adjuvants and specialty portfolio. At BASF, she contributed to major global projects linking innovation and customer value in Brazil and Germany.

As the global biologicals market is projected to nearly triple by 2032, Rovensa Next’s focus on integrating innovation, sustainability, and product development positions the company to play a defining role in the future of agriculture.
