New common name provisionally approved on 11th June 2025 for a carboxamide fungicide from Qingdao KingAgroot Chemical Compound Co., Ltd. Chinese common name 硝苯菌酰胺.
N-[2-(2,4-dibromophenyl)cyclobutyl]-2-nitrobenzamide [3052252-62-4]
If you wish to file an objection, for example because you consider that the name “cyclobunofen” infringes on one of your company’s trademarks, please contact the Maintenance Agency no later than 11th December 2025. If no objections are received, then the name “cyclobunofen” will become approved and will be included in a new edition of ISO 1750 that will include preferred names as well as common names.
En français, le nom commun provisoirement approuvé est « cyclobunofène (nm) ».
