FMC Launches Sulexin™ Insect Control in Côte d’Ivoire, Achieves First Global Registration

29 January 2026, Korhogo: FMC Corporation has launched Sulexin™ insect control in Korhogo, Côte d’Ivoire. The country is the first globally to register Sulexin™, reinforcing FMC’s focus on agricultural innovation and cotton production in Africa.

The launch was held in the presence of stakeholders from the cotton value chain and organised in partnership with SOLEVO Group, FMC’s distribution partner in the region. The collaboration aims to support cotton growers with crop protection solutions, backed by SOLEVO’s distribution network and local expertise.

Sulexin™ for Cotton Pest Management

Sulexin™ features a dual-action formulation combining Cyazypyr® active (250 g/L) for broad-spectrum insect control and Flonicamid (250 g/L) for jassid control. The product supports crop establishment, yield performance, and integrated pest management practices.

Key benefits include pest control across multiple insect species, support for sustainable farming practices, operational efficiency, yield optimisation, and improved crop growth and vigour.
