01 November 2025, Switzerland: The 2025 Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting (ABIM) took place from 20 to 22 October at the Congress Centre Basel, Switzerland. It was hosted by FiBL and the International Biocontrol Manufacturers Association IBMA. Recognised as the premier global event for the biocontrol industry, ABIM 2025 brought together leaders, innovators and stakeholders from 65 countries to discuss the latest developments and future trends in sustainable agriculture. The 20th edition attracted 170 exhibitors and about 2,050 international delegates from around the world to exchange knowledge and network.

“Biocontrol delivers crucial solutions to the transformation process towards sustainable agriculture. This is why this annual meeting for the biocontrol industry has evolved so successfully over the past 20 years and why it is so important– for the industry itself and for the whole of society”, said Lucius Tamm, CEO of ABIM AG, on the occasion of the event’s 20th anniversary.
