Continuous Improvement of Roquette’s Environmental Performance

09 February 2026, US: To proactively continue reducing its environmental footprint, Roquette is multiplying initiatives to achieve its goals for 2030. Through its sustainability program and particularly through PRESERVE the planet, the engagement platform dedicated to climate transition, Roquette is committed to operating 100% of its production sites* in compliance with an environmental management system that could attain ISO 14001 certification by 2030.

This certification entails the continuous improvement of Roquette’s environmental performance and the ongoing adaptation to regulatory changes. Roquette constantly seeks to innovate and limit the ecological impact of its plants, while reducing the risks of accidental pollution.

Progress toward ISO 14001 certification

In 2024, 51% of Roquette’s manufacturing sites were already ISO 14001 certified. As of 2025, Roquette’s certified sites have increased to 73%, reaching an ambitious objective that included the expansion of scope to its acquired Qualicaps sites and recently acquired IFF Pharma Solutions sites. In Europe, almost 75% of Roquette’s plants have already achieved this target, notably with 100% of French factories already certified.

Roquette appreciates the commitment of the sites that have successfully passed the certification audit of their environmental management systems, demonstrating remarkable progress toward achieving the targets set for 2030.
