National Spice Conference 2025 (Nov 14–15): Spotlight on Safe, Sustainable and Scalable Spice Production
23 October 2025, Andhra Pradesh: The National Spice Conference (NSC) 2025, organised by the World Spice Organisation, will take place on 14–15 November at ITC Welcom, Guntur. Guided by the theme “The Spice Route Ahead: Safe, Sustainable and Scalable,” the event will bring together key players from across the spice value chain for two days of business sessions, exhibitions, and networking.
Since its launch in 2022, NSC has evolved into a premier industry platform for spice processors, exporters, traders, technology firms, laboratories, and farmers. Last year’s edition saw participation from over 350 delegates, and this year the number is expected to exceed 400, with a strong presence of farmers supported by the National Sustainable Spice Program (NSSP).
The 2025 conference will delve into critical issues shaping the future of the spice industry — from quality and food safety to sustainability, scalability, and innovation in cultivation and processing. It will also highlight government schemes and technological advancements driving responsible growth in the sector.
