World Dairy Summit 2027 – Dates, Agenda, Speakers & Keynotes

The global dairy community will convene in India for the World Dairy Summit 2027, one of the most influential international gatherings of dairy sector leaders, policymakers, scientists, and industry stakeholders.

The summit will be hosted by the Indian National Committee of the International Dairy Federation (INC-IDF) under the aegis of the International Dairy Federation (IDF), in partnership with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).

India was selected as the host nation following a member vote at the 118th IDF General Assembly held in Paris on 14 October 2024, reaffirming the country’s growing leadership in global dairy production, cooperative development, and innovation.

Event Agenda

The summit will include official institutional meetings and technical engagements central to IDF’s global work, including:

• Meetings of the IDF Board
• The General Assembly
• Sessions of various IDF Technical Committees

Expected Participation

The 2027 summit is expected to attract more than 1,500 delegates from across the globe, representing a significant share of the international dairy market.
