Bushel Plus to Rebrand as BranValt from July 2026

29 January 2026, Brandon: Bushel Plus Ltd. has announced it will transition to a new company name, BranValt, with the change scheduled to take effect in July 2026.

The company stated that the rebrand reflects its progression from focusing on harvest loss measurement to offering a range of harvest-related solutions used by farmers and agricultural equipment professionals across multiple regions.

According to the company, its operations have expanded since its early development phase, and its products are now used in 45 countries. Founder and CEO Marcel Kringe said the new name aligns with the company’s current scope and future direction.

Under the BranValt name, the company will continue to offer its existing product portfolio, including the SmartPan® System, MAD Concaves™, and the MiniCombine™, as well as its Harvest Academy™, which provides training and education related to harvest operations for farmers and equipment professionals.

Kringe said consolidating these offerings under a single global brand is intended to support product recognition and ease of access for users seeking harvest-related tools.

The company confirmed that its team, product support, and dealer partnerships will remain unchanged during the transition.

The name BranValt combines references to the company’s origins and background. “Bran” refers to Brandon, Manitoba, where the company was founded and continues to operate, while “Valt” is derived from agricultural influences linked to Germany, where the founder spent his early years. The name also reflects the company’s focus on grain protection during harvest.

Bushel Plus will begin introducing the BranValt name across selected products, packaging, communications, and industry events starting in early 2026. The transition is expected to be completed by July 2026.

Bushel Plus products will continue to be available through the company’s dealer network during the transition period. Dealer information and product details are available on the company website.
