John Deere Introduces the Z370RS Electric ZTrak™ Mower Featuring EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ Batteries

06 October 2025, Cary: John Deere expands its residential zero-turn mower lineup with the introduction of its first model to feature removable battery technology. The Z370RS Electric ZTrak™ Mower was developed in collaboration with EGO, a leader in battery-powered outdoor equipment. Featuring the EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ removeable battery system, the Z370RS Electric delivers enhanced flexibility and convenience for homeowners. In addition, the removeable batteries can also be used across the entire suite of EGO products, making for a seamless outdoor lawn-cleanup experience.

For customers with a range of outdoor power equipment, the Z370RS Electric utilizes removable EGO 56V ARC Lithium batteries that are compatible with string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws, among many other outdoor power tools and accessories. Since every EGO battery fits every EGO tool, customers will experience greater flexibility that allows users to match battery capacity to their yard size, and reduces the need for multiple charging systems.

Building on the success of the Z370R Electric, the first electric John Deere zero-turn mower, the Z370RS Electric maintains the same high-performance standards expected by customers. Featuring a 42-inch AccelDeep™ Mower Deck, this model delivers best-in-class cut quality and speed, offering no compromises when compared to gas-powered mowers. Additionally, the battery-powered engine ensures quiet operation, reduced maintenance and zero emissions during use.

For added convenience, the Z370RS Electric features a color display that provides real-time monitoring of each battery’s charge level. It also includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to track the mower’s charging status, battery level and maintenance requirements remotely through the Equipment Mobile application. Lastly, the Z370RS Electric boasts a five-year battery warranty and a three-year or 200-hour bumper-to-bumper warranty backed by the nationwide John Deere dealer network.
