BASF Morocco Launches ‘Elite Sea’ Biostimulant in Strategic Partnership with Acadian

02 December 2025, Morocco: BASF Morocco has unveiled Elite Sea, its first multi-crop biostimulant, marking a major milestone in its shift toward sustainable biological agriculture. The product has been developed in close partnership with Acadian, the global leader in high-quality biostimulants derived from 100% Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed.

This collaboration brings together BASF’s innovation strength and Acadian’s expertise in seaweed-based technologies to deliver a solution aimed at improving crop health, stress tolerance, and yield performance. BASF Morocco has also announced that more biological products focused on pest and disease management will be launched soon, reinforcing its commitment to environmentally responsible and farmer-centric innovations.
