This installment under PM-Kisan is an immediate relief measure, ensuring that farmers can continue essential activities and recover from losses.”
Chouhan emphasized that no farmer will be left alone in this hour of crisis, assuring continued support through various Central schemes and assistance programs. He further announced that the Central Government has approved ₹85.62 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) for the reconstruction of 5,100 damaged houses. The package includes assistance for toilet construction and additional funds through MGNREGA, enabling families to rebuild their homes.

Moreover, under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, compensation will be directly transferred to affected farmers’ accounts upon receipt of necessary assessments from the state government.
