New Holland Marks 130-Year Milestone with Inaugural New Holland Day in Thailand

20 December 2025, ThailandNew Holland, a brand of CNH, capped off its 130th Anniversary celebrations with the inaugural New Holland Day in Thailand, the highlight of a series of events honoring the brand’s legacy. Held at the New Holland model farm at Nakhon Sawan College of Agriculture and Technology (NSCAT), the event brought together government officials, industry partners, and media for an immersive, hands-on experience with cutting-edge machinery and smart farming.

Former Minister of Science and Technology Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanich, graced the event as Guest of Honour, together with Deputy Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension, Mr. Suriya Kampuang, and Director of Nakhon Sawan College of Agriculture, Mr. Thongarb Boon-ard.

New Holland Day follows the November 29 launch of the 130th year Limited-Edition TT3.50 at Kaset Fair. With its striking Profondo Blue metallic finish and Thailand-exclusive commemorative decal, the tractor represents both a celebration of New Holland’s heritage and commitment to empowering Thai farmers.

“This limited-edition tractor isn’t just a machine—it’s a symbol of our 130-year journey with farmers in Thailand and around the world,” said Mark Brinn, Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Japan at CNH. “Its vibrant new design reflects the bold steps that we’re taking toward a more productive and sustainable future.”

A Legacy of Strength, A Future of Innovation

New Holland’s roots in Thailand trace back to the trusted Ford New Holland heritage. Across Southeast Asia, generations of farmers have relied on the durability and performance of these iconic blue tractors.

As part of its ongoing capacity building and technology transfer to the farming community in Nakhon Sawan, New Holland provided two new tractors – a TT3.50 and a TT2.50 along with one square baler and one mulcher, for training purposes and in-field demonstration. This aims to encourage adoption of mechanized farming practices which promote sustainability and efficiency by reducing in field burning of crop residue and improving agricultural waste management.

“Mechanization does more than increase yield. It’s a strategic investment that can help promote cleaner air, improve soil health, reduce input costs and increase farmer incomes over the long-term,” Mark explained.

Field demonstrations underscored how New Holland machinery is expertly engineered to deliver higher productivity with fewer inputs, enabling more efficient and environmentally responsible farming practices.

The TT2.50 and TT3.50 Compact Series were featured for mulching, ploughing, and cultivating, while the T4.65 and T4.90 Utility Series highlighted New Holland’s versatility for multipurpose farming. Completing the lineup, the high performance T6 and T7 Series demonstrated advanced technologies for precision farming and auto guidance.

130 Years of Partnership and Progress

New Holland launched its 130th Anniversary campaign in Thailand in October to pay tribute to the dealers, customers, and partners who have shaped the brand’s journey and market growth.

“This anniversary is a celebration of enduring partnerships and innovations that have powered agriculture for over a century,” Mark added. “We are immensely thankful and honoured to stand with Thai farmers as they lead the way into the next generation of farming.”
