Sonalika Records Highest-Ever Monthly Tractor Sales of 20,786 Units in September 2025
06 October 2025, New Delhi: Sonalika Tractors has reported its highest-ever monthly sales, reaching 20,786 tractors in September 2025. The company attributed this record performance to strong domestic demand and the ongoing festive season.
Sonalika has been running its annual ‘Heavy Duty Dhamaka’ offer since August 2025 to support farmers with access to advanced tractors at better value. The recent reduction of GST on tractors from 12% to 5%, announced by the Central Government, has also contributed to improving affordability and boosting farmer sentiment.
The company stated that production and delivery are being supported by its integrated tractor manufacturing plant and an efficient supply chain network.
Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors Limited, said, “We have clocked our highest-ever monthly sales of 20,786 tractors in September 2025. It marks a step forward in our journey to serve the farming community with modern agri technologies. This milestone belongs to the spirit of India’s farmers whose efforts drive our progress.”
He added that the extended monsoon season and the GST reduction have played an important role in strengthening farmer confidence and encouraging the adoption of new-age tractors. “We will continue to stand by farmers and support their progress in every harvest,” Mittal said.
