VST Tillers Tractors Ltd Launches FENTM Tractor Series with Focus on Fuel Efficiency and Torque
08 August 2025, Bengaluru: VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has announced the launch of its FENTM Tractor Series, a new range of compact tractors focused on fuel efficiency and torque output. FENTM stands for “Fuel Efficient and Torque Max”, reflecting the engineering direction behind the new lineup.
The company stated that the FENTM series will include five models: 180 FENTM, 224 FENTM, 225 FENTM, 270 FENTM, and 929 FENTM. These models offer horsepower ranging from 18.5 to 29 HP and are available in both 2WD and 4WD options. The tractors are designed for use on small to medium-sized farms and for operations requiring a balance of power, maneuverability, and fuel management.
According to VST, the series applies the company’s frugal engineering approach, aiming to offer functionality aligned with current farming needs. The tractors are intended for operations across varied terrains and tasks.
Antony Cherukara, CEO of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, said, “The launch of the FENTM Tractor Series is in line with our goal of offering solutions designed for compact farming applications. These models are built to deliver torque with reduced fuel usage and consistent field performance.”
He further noted, “As Indian agriculture integrates more technology and data-driven practices, tractor design must adapt accordingly. The FENTM series reflects this shift, developed to support operational needs and agricultural goals at the farm level.”

- Torque Max: Designed to provide pulling power at lower RPMs
- CC Max: Higher engine displacement for load-bearing tasks
- Speed Max: Field coverage at higher speeds
- Turn Max: Reduced turning radius for confined spaces
- Compact Max: Low wheelbase with a specific weight-to-power ratio
- Flow Max: Cooling system designed for operational efficiency
- Comfort Max: Seating and control layout designed for operator convenience
- Performance Max: Consistent output across different uses
With this launch, VST Tillers Tractors Ltd is targeting mechanisation needs in farming systems that require compact machinery with functional versatility.
