06 July 2025, Ahmedabad: Soybean farming in Gujarat has witnessed steady growth, especially in Saurashtra and central Gujarat. The state’s semi-arid conditions require the use of robust, high-yielding varieties with proven drought resilience.
These varieties have been recommended by ICAR’s National Soybean Research Institute, Indore (Formerly Indian Institute of Soybean Research).
