A significant recent development is Globachem’s September 2026 agreement with Corteva to establish a 50/50 joint venture focused on developing, registering, and commercializing differentiated crop protection solutions for markets in Europe and the Americas. The partnership is intended to combine Globachem’s formulation, registration and commercialization capabilities with Corteva’s crop protection technologies.
