KRIBHCO Reports ₹824.68 Crore Pre-Tax Profit in FY2025-26; Declares 20% Dividend

28 September 2026, New Delhi: Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), one of India’s major fertilizer-producing farmer cooperatives, reported a pre-tax profit of ₹824.68 crore for the financial year 2025-26 and declared a 20% dividend on the equity capital of its member cooperative societies.

The financial results were approved at KRIBHCO’s 46th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM), held on September 25 at The Ashok Hotel in New Delhi. The meeting was presided over by KRIBHCO Chairman V. Sudhakar Chowdary and attended by members of the Board of Directors and delegates from member cooperatives across India.

KRIBHCO Records 21.34 Lakh MT Urea Production

KRIBHCO produced 21.34 lakh metric tonnes (MT) of urea and 12.39 lakh MT of ammonia during FY2025-26, achieving capacity utilisation of 97.26% and 99.36%, respectively.

The cooperative has expanded its fertilizer and agricultural input portfolio beyond Neem Coated Urea to include imported DAP, MAP, MOP, complex fertilizers, biofertilizers, compost, certified and hybrid seeds, SSP, zinc sulphate, natural potash, mycorrhiza and seaweed-fortified biostimulants.

During the year, KRIBHCO sold 45.37 lakh MT of fertilizers, including urea and phosphatic and potassic (P&K) fertilizers.

KRIBHCO Fertilizers Reports High Capacity Utilisation

KRIBHCO Fertilizers Limited (KFL), a wholly owned subsidiary, also recorded strong operational performance. The company produced 11.02 lakh MT of urea and 6.68 lakh MT of ammonia, achieving capacity utilisation of 127.48% and 133.16%, respectively.

KFL declared a dividend of ₹14.40 crore for FY2025-26.

KRIBHCO Managing Director S. S. Yadav highlighted the sustained production performance and operational efficiency maintained by KRIBHCO and its subsidiaries.

Agri Business Turnover Reaches ₹1,919 Crore

KRIBHCO Agri Business Limited (KABL), another wholly owned subsidiary, recorded a turnover of ₹1,919.35 croreduring FY2025-26.

Domestic business contributed ₹1,436.81 crore, while exports accounted for ₹482.54 crore, reflecting the expansion of KABL’s business across domestic and international markets.

Meanwhile, KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited (KGEPL) is constructing two plants, one in Hazira, Gujarat, and another in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The projects are expected to become operational during FY2026-27.

Focus on Cooperatives, Rural Development and Exports

KRIBHCO’s social development arm, Gramin Vikas Trust, continued its rural development initiatives, focusing on community-led models covering livelihoods, environmental sustainability and quality of life in underserved communities.

The cooperative is also supporting the Government of India’s “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” vision. KRIBHCO is the lead promoter of Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) and a joint promoter of National Cooperative Export Limited (NCEL) and Sahakar Taxi Cooperative Limited (Bharat Taxi) under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperation.

KRIBHCO also received several awards during the year from organisations including the Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) and the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI).

KRIBHCO Honours Cooperative Leaders

During the AGM, KRIBHCO recognised two cooperators for their contributions to India’s cooperative movement.

Shankarbhai Chaudhary of Gujarat received the KRIBHCO Sahakarita Shiromani Award, while Bhagwan Singh Yadav of Madhya Pradesh was presented with the KRIBHCO Sahakarita Vibhushan Award.
