Limin Group Signs Agrochemical Supply Deal with Bayer S.A. Worth Up to ¥1.6 Billion
31 March 2026, Beijing: China-based Limin Chemical Group has entered into a long-term agrochemical supply agreement with Bayer S.A., marking a significant expansion of its global business partnerships.
The contract spans an initial period of three years and is structured to automatically renew for an additional three years unless either party objects. Based on projected annual purchase volumes, the agreement is valued at approximately ¥800 million for the first three years, with the cumulative value expected to reach around ¥1.6 billion over a six-year period.
