Roquette Appoints Siddharth Rastogi as Managing Director for India

11 August 2026, Mumbai: Roquette has appointed Siddharth Rastogi as Managing Director of Roquette India Pvt. Ltd., effective July 1, 2026. He will also serve as Head of Commercial for Roquette’s Nutrition and Bioindustry (NBI) Business Unit in the Indian subcontinent.

Based in Mumbai, Rastogi will be Roquette’s senior executive in India, representing the company with external stakeholders and leading its growth strategy in the country.

Rastogi brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across B2B and B2C businesses. Before joining Roquette, he held senior roles at Kerry Ingredients, Diageo, Olam International, Johnson & Johnson Medical and Asian Paints. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and General Manager for Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent at Kerry.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Rastogi succeeds Virender Grover, who is retiring after more than a decade with Roquette in India. The company acknowledged Grover’s contribution to the development of its business in the country.

Roquette has five manufacturing facilities in India and serves customers across food, nutrition, health, pharmaceutical and industrial markets. The company said it will continue to focus on innovation, sustainability and collaboration with stakeholders as it expands its capabilities in India.
