Dhanuka Agritech Incorporates Wholly Owned Agrochemical Subsidiary in Ireland

31 August 2026, Gurugram: Dhanuka Agritech Limited has expanded its international corporate presence with the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Ireland, marking a step toward establishing a platform for agrochemical business activities in the European market.

The company informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that Dhanuka Agritech Europe Private Limited was incorporated on August 26, 2026, under Part 2 of Ireland’s Companies Act, 2014. The subsidiary is wholly owned by Dhanuka Agritech Limited and has been established to undertake agrochemical business activities and other allied operations.

New European Subsidiary

According to the company’s regulatory filing, Dhanuka Agritech Europe Private Limited is newly incorporated and has not yet commenced business operations. As a result, the subsidiary currently has no turnover.

The company said the incorporation was approved by the Companies Registration Office (CRO), Ireland, with the new entity having its country of incorporation and presence in Ireland.

Focus on Agrochemical Activities

The newly formed subsidiary will operate in the agrochemical industry and is intended to undertake agrochemical business activities along with related and allied operations. The company has not disclosed specific products, markets or commercial activities that the Irish subsidiary will initially pursue.
