Heranba Group Plans Subsidiary in UAE for Manufacture and Trading of Crop Protection Chemicals

28 January 2026, New Delhi: Heranba Industries Limited has informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mikusu India Private Limited, has approved the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates. The decision was taken by the Board of Directors of Mikusu at its meeting held on January 14, 2026. The formal application for incorporation in the UAE will be submitted in the coming period.

Once established, the proposed entity will operate as a related party within the Heranba group structure. The company clarified that the move does not involve any acquisition.

The proposed UAE-based subsidiary will focus on the manufacture and trading of chemical products, including pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and weedicides.

Heranba Industries Limited has indicated that an initial investment of up to ₹2 crore is planned for the new subsidiary. Further disclosures will be made after the incorporation process is completed.
