2025 Result-Based Bonus for CNH Employees in Italy
04 February 2026, Italy: During a meeting held today with Italian Trade Unions, CNH presented the values of the contractual ‘result-based’ bonus, which will be paid out in February 2026 to all of the Company’s eligible employees in Italy.
The result-based bonuses are based on the performance of each individual production unit during 2025 and are calculated based on employees’ contributions to the Company’s competitiveness and profitability objectives.
CNH production sites and non-production-related personnel will receive a bonus with gross amounts ranging from €1,100 to €2,800, following their results relating to productivity, on time delivery and product quality in February pay slips.
