Sustainable and climate-resilient food production is a key focus for Daniel Böhler. He runs a biodynamic farm and works as a practical adviser in the Arable Farming Techniques Group at FiBL in Switzerland. On his farm, he has established a crop rotation system that is primarily geared towards human nutrition. In the interview, he explains, amongst other things, why livestock farming is nevertheless an integral part of his farm and how he is tackling the challenges of climate change.
