ASSOCHAM to Host 4th Agritech Summit 2026 in New Delhi on October 26

24 August 2026, New Delhi: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) will organise the 4th edition of Agritech Summit 2026 on October 26, 2026, in New Delhi, bringing together policymakers, agribusiness leaders, agri-input companies, technology providers, startups, investors, researchers and farmer organisations to discuss the role of technology and innovation in shaping the future of Indian agriculture.

The summit, themed “Smart Farming. Sustainable Future.”, will focus on the application of emerging technologies and innovations to improve agricultural productivity, sustainability and climate resilience. ASSOCHAM said the event will provide a platform for policy dialogue, technology showcases, business engagement and partnerships across the agricultural value chain.

The event is expected to focus on four broad areas: future-ready agri-inputs, smart farming technologies, the innovation ecosystem and climate-resilient agriculture.

Discussions on agri-inputs will cover crop protection, agrochemicals, seeds, fertilizers, biologicals, plant health and precision input management. The smart farming agenda will include artificial intelligence, drones, robotics, precision agriculture, satellite intelligence, data analytics, automation and digital advisory platforms.

The summit will also examine the role of startups, investors, financial institutions and public-private partnerships in scaling agricultural technologies. Climate resilience will be addressed through discussions on resource-efficient farming, irrigation and water management, regenerative practices and digital decision-support systems.

According to ASSOCHAM, the summit is expected to bring together 250+ senior delegates and 30+ speakersrepresenting government, industry, financial institutions, academia, technology companies, startups and the farming community.

The organisation has also announced the Agritech Excellence Awards 2026, which will recognise organisations, innovators, startups, institutions and progressive farmers for contributions to agricultural innovation and measurable impact.

The summit follows ASSOCHAM’s earlier Agritech initiatives, including the 3rd edition held in 2025, which focused on smart agriculture, innovation, sustainability and the challenges of technology adoption among small and marginal farmers.

ASSOCHAM said the 2026 edition is intended to strengthen collaboration among government, industry and the wider agricultural ecosystem while accelerating the adoption of technologies that can improve farm productivity and resource efficiency.

The 4th Agritech Summit 2026 is scheduled for October 26, 2026, in New Delhi.
