Verdesian Life Sciences Strengthens Commercial Leadership to Accelerate Growth Across North America
07 July 2026, Cary: Verdesian Life Sciences has completed a major expansion of its commercial leadership team, marking the culmination of an 18-month strategic initiative aimed at strengthening customer engagement, enhancing distribution partnerships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth across North America.
The global developer of Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) technologies said the initiative reflects its continued investment in commercial excellence, complementing its research and innovation capabilities with a stronger market-facing organization.
As part of the latest phase of the buildout, Verdesian has appointed John Dombrosky as Vice President of Business Development, Chris Wiley as Vice President of Sales for the East Region, and Tyler Brown as Vice President of Sales for the Central Region.
The newly appointed executives bring extensive experience in agribusiness, crop nutrition, biologicals, strategic partnerships, distribution management, and commercial leadership. Their professional backgrounds span several leading agricultural companies, including FMC Corporation, Syngenta, Corteva Agriscience, Ohalo Genetics, Oerth Bio, Timac Agro, and Thomson Reuters.
Clare Doyle, Chief Executive Officer of Verdesian Life Sciences, said the company has expanded both its product portfolio and its ability to serve customers across the agricultural value chain over recent years.
“Building a world-class commercial organization alongside our industry-leading research capabilities has been a strategic priority. As growers increasingly seek technologies that maximize the return on every input dollar while delivering measurable agronomic and economic benefits, these leadership additions will strengthen our ability to support customers, deepen partnerships, and accelerate execution as we continue to grow,” Doyle said.
The latest appointments build on a broader commercial transformation initiated in 2025 with the addition of Nick Ebertas Chief Revenue Officer and John Price as Vice President of Global Marketing. Working alongside the executive leadership team, they have led efforts to strengthen Verdesian’s go-to-market strategy, improve customer engagement, enhance relationships with distribution partners, and expand execution across key crop segments and sales channels.
According to the company, the investment reflects its belief that successful adoption of innovative crop technologies depends not only on scientific innovation but also on strong customer relationships and effective local support.
“We’ve been deliberate in assembling a leadership team that combines agronomic expertise, commercial discipline, and deep customer relationships,” said Nick Ebert. “These additions position us to better serve customers while supporting the next phase of Verdesian’s growth.”
Beyond the latest appointments, Verdesian has also expanded its marketing organization over the past 18 months, adding expertise in portfolio strategy, product development, marketing communications, and digital strategy to strengthen its commercial capabilities.
John Price, Vice President of Global Marketing, said the company has repositioned its marketing organization to play a central role in driving business growth.
“Our focus has been on sharpening the product portfolio, strengthening the Verdesian brand, and improving engagement with customers and partners. Combined with our expanded commercial team, we are well positioned to deliver greater value to growers while supporting the company’s continued growth,” he said.
