This was the company’s first participation in the global observance. In line with this year’s World Food Safety Day theme, the company organized a series of activities aimed at strengthening food safety awareness, promoting good hygiene and sanitation practices, and encouraging every employee to play an active role in maintaining food safety standards throughout the organization.
As part of the commemoration, activities commenced with the production of educational videos to promote food safety awareness and highlight the importance of maintaining safe food practices at all levels of operation. The training focused on the importance of food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, good manufacturing practices, and the role of every employee in ensuring that safe and quality products are produced for consumers. The session provided an opportunity for employees to refresh their knowledge and strengthen their understanding of food safety responsibilities within the workplace.
In addition, employees participated in a sanitation exercise within the company premises and surrounding external environment.
