Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd. Revenue Rises 14.5% to ₹315.79 Crore in FY26

25 April 2026, Nashik: Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd. announced its annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), reporting growth in revenue and profitability amid a challenging business environment.

For FY26, the company posted revenue of ₹315.79 crore, compared with ₹275.09 crore in FY25. Profit before tax rose to ₹16.99 crore from ₹10.71 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax increased to ₹12.69 crore from ₹7.21 crore.

Performance Highlights

The company said performance was supported by market development initiatives, expansion of non-subsidy business segments, financial discipline, and continued investment in organisational capabilities.

During FY26, the industry faced delayed fund releases by nodal agencies, uneven and excessive rainfall in key markets, and geopolitical developments that affected input costs and market sentiment.

Despite these conditions, the company reported its highest annual revenue to date.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation also adjusted operations in selected core states to reduce concentration risks and strengthen internal processes. The company said these steps, along with efforts to expand business beyond government subsidy-linked demand, supported profitability.

It also built a work-order pipeline for irrigation projects, which is expected to support future growth.

Outlook

The company said it is monitoring geopolitical developments and the upcoming monsoon season while adjusting its market strategy accordingly.

With GST on micro-irrigation systems reduced from 12% to 5%, continued government focus on expanding micro-irrigation coverage, renewed activity in key states, and new market opportunities, the micro-irrigation sector is expected to see steady growth in the coming years.
