Syngenta Names Ryan Wyckoff Pacific Northwest Territory Manager
Wyckoff brings decades of turf management and sales experience to the Syngenta turf and ornamental team
14 September 2026, US: Syngenta today announced that Ryan Wyckoff has joined its turf and ornamental team as territory manager for the Pacific Northwest, succeeding Randy Rider, who retired from Syngenta after more than 30 years in the industry. In this role, Wyckoff will support customers across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Alaska and Hawaii.
“Ryan brings the ideal combination of technical turf expertise, customer-first sales experience and strong regional relationships to this role,” said Frank Santiago, western district manager for Syngenta Professional Solutions. “We appreciate Randy for his outstanding service and lasting contributions to the industry, and we are excited to welcome Ryan and confident he will continue delivering the knowledgeable, trusted support our customers expect from Syngenta.”
Wyckoff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture/Turf Management from Oregon State University. He began his career as an assistant superintendent in Washington and California before returning to Oregon, where he spent 20 years as a golf course superintendent and later served as a general manager.
Before joining Syngenta, Wyckoff built experience as a turf and ornamental territory manager for BASF in the Pacific Northwest. Based in McMinnville, Oregon, he has cultivated strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and is recognized as a trusted resource for product recommendations.
