China Returns to India’s Agri Inputs Exhibition Circuit as IIAB Expo 2026 Expands Global Footprint

18 June 2026, Mumbai: The fourth edition of the India International Agri Business Conference & Expo (IIAB Expo 2026) is set to reinforce its position as global industry platforms, with Chinese agrochemical and biological companies confirming participation as exhibitors for the first time in many years at an Indian industry exhibition.

Scheduled for July 29–30, 2026, at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) in Mumbai, the event marks a new chapter for IIAB Expo, which has previously been held in Hyderabad. The move to Mumbai reflects the growing scale and international profile of the event as organizers seek to bring together global agribusiness leaders, technology providers, manufacturers, distributors, researchers and policymakers under one roof.

The participation of Chinese companies is expected to be among the defining features of this year’s event. China remains one of the world’s largest producers of agrochemical active ingredients, intermediates and crop protection products, making its presence particularly relevant for companies operating across the agricultural inputs value chain. Organizers also announced the United Kingdom as the Country Partner for IIAB Expo 2026, further underlining the event’s international orientation.

Industry interest has also been reported from Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, reflecting growing attention toward India’s expanding role in global agricultural manufacturing, innovation and trade.

Organized by RAY Consulting, IIAB Expo was launched in 2023 as a dedicated business-to-business platform for the agricultural inputs sector. Over the years, it has evolved into a meeting point for stakeholders across crop protection, fertilizers, biologicals, seeds, agri-technology, manufacturing equipment and allied industries.

The 2026 edition will place particular emphasis on pesticides, fertilizers, biostimulants, biological products, seeds, agri aviation, artificial intelligence and digital agriculture. Alongside the exhibition, a conference programme will feature discussions involving industry experts, scientists, business leaders and policymakers addressing market trends, regulatory developments, sustainability challenges and technological innovations shaping the future of agriculture.
