IIAB Expo 2026 Onboards UK Government as Official Country Partner, Strengthening Global Agri Collaboration
20 July 2026, Mumbai: The India International Agri Business Conference & Expo (IIAB Expo 2026) has onboarded the United Kingdom Government as its Official Country Partner, marking a significant step towards strengthening international collaboration in agricultural innovation and agribusiness. The two-day event will be held on 29–30 July 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
Bringing together India’s leading agribusinesses, global technology providers, researchers, policymakers and innovators, IIAB Expo 2026 aims to serve as a platform for showcasing emerging technologies, fostering business partnerships and promoting knowledge exchange across the agriculture value chain.
As the Official Country Partner, the UK Government will lead a delegation of prominent British AgriTech companies that will showcase advanced technologies and solutions designed to improve productivity, sustainability and efficiency in Indian agriculture. Their participation is expected to encourage greater technology transfer, investment opportunities and bilateral cooperation between India and the United Kingdom.
The exhibition will feature more than 100 Indian and international exhibitors, presenting innovations in crop protection, plant nutrition, biologicals, precision agriculture, drones, artificial intelligence, digital farming and climate-resilient agricultural technologies.
Alongside the exhibition, the conference will host over 70 nationally and internationally recognised experts, who will discuss key issues shaping the future of agriculture. The agenda includes sessions on the future of agribusiness, artificial intelligence in agriculture, biological crop inputs, climate-smart farming, regenerative agriculture, specialty plant nutrition, innovation in crop protection, global trade opportunities, agricultural startups, investment and entrepreneurship, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
The inaugural session is expected to be attended by senior representatives from the Government of Maharashtra, the Government of India, the UK Government and leading Indian agribusiness companies.
Organisers expect the event to attract thousands of stakeholders, including manufacturers, distributors, exporters, dealers, agri startups, researchers and progressive farmers. The expo is designed to facilitate networking, business collaborations and the adoption of next-generation agricultural technologies.
