Rovensa Next Expands AI Training and Knowledge Program for Biosolutions Support
16 April 2026, Madrid: Rovensa Next has launched a global capability-building program that uses artificial intelligence and structured training to strengthen support for distribution partners and growers. The initiative combines an AI-based knowledge platform with a Training Academy aimed at improving technical guidance, decision-making, and field-level recommendations across markets.
The company said the AI knowledge platform brings together more than 10,000 internal articles and findings from over 4,000 trials. The system is designed to help teams access verified scientific information by crop and region, enabling faster and more consistent recommendations. It also supports integrated portfolio planning, quicker responses to field queries, and onboarding of new team members.
According to Cathal Daynes, Global Technical Support and Knowledge Manager at Rovensa Next, the challenge is often not the availability of knowledge, but making the right information easier to use in practical situations. He said the platform is intended to convert technical expertise into field support that better matches partner requirements.
After pilot implementation and scale-up during 2025, the program is entering a wider rollout in 2026. In its first phase, the initiative will be introduced in 15 countries.
Alongside the digital platform, Rovensa Next has introduced a Training Academy focused on strengthening commercial, technical, and leadership capabilities. The company said the program is structured through assessment, training, practice, and follow-up modules, including AI-supported learning and role-play simulations.
Olga Maksimova, Director of Global Commercial Excellence at Rovensa Next, said the academy is designed to help teams better understand customer conditions and challenges so they can recommend biosolutions strategies suited to local needs.
The company added that the training program is already active with regional groups in North America, EMEA, Mexico, LATAM, and Brazil. It aims to improve knowledge-sharing and agronomic support across the wider Rovensa Next network over time.
Rovensa Next said the initiative is part of its Biosolutionize Agriculture campaign, which focuses on the use of biological and natural-based products, technologies, and farming practices to reduce synthetic inputs and support sustainable crop production.
