Rallis India Limited Financial Results: Crop Care business grew 8% in FY26
29 April 2026, Mumbai: Rallis India Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting its highest-ever EBITDA of ₹362 crore and an improved EBITDA margin of 12.5%.
For FY26, the company reported revenue growth of 9% to ₹2,897 crore, while Profit After Tax stood at ₹184 crore.
Business Performance: Q4 and FY26
The company delivered broad-based growth across key business segments during the year. The B2B Exports business, including Custom Synthesis Manufacturing (CSM), grew by 17%, while the Seeds business registered growth of 15%.
The Crop Care business grew by 8%, supported by a 5% rise in Domestic Formulations. The Soil and Plant Health (SPH) segment also posted 8% growth.
During Q4 FY26, revenue grew by 6% year-on-year, driven by 5% volume growth and 1% price growth. In the quarter, the Crop Care business grew by 5%, while the B2C segment delivered strong growth of 15%. The B2B business declined by 7%, whereas the Seeds business recorded robust growth of 23%.
Key Highlights: Q4 FY26
During the quarter, the company launched two new insecticide products and achieved highest-ever production levels for select products. In the Seeds segment, two new products were also introduced.
