Elad Aharonson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICL Group since March 2025. Prior to assuming this role, he served as President of ICL Growing Solutions from 2021 to 2025, where he led the expansion of the company’s specialty plant nutrition business through organic growth and strategic acquisitions across Brazil, India, China, and North America. Before joining ICL, Aharonson spent approximately 16 years at Elbit Systems Ltd., holding senior executive positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the ISTAR and UAS divisions. He holds LLB and BBA degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
