Crystal Seeds, Bayer Partner to Expand Access to Quality Seeds in India
23 October 2026, Mumbai: Crystal Crop Protection Limited’s seed business, Crystal Seeds, and Bayer in India have announced a partnership to expand farmers’ access to quality seeds through Bayer’s Better Life Farming (BLF) network.
The collaboration will make Crystal Seeds’ existing portfolio available to farmers through the BLF ecosystem, helping improve access to seed solutions and supporting informed decisions on seed selection.
Under the partnership, Crystal Seeds will train BLF agri-entrepreneurs on seed selection, varietal awareness, quality seed usage and good agricultural practices. The training will focus on strengthening knowledge of seed-related practices to support crop establishment and productivity.
Better Life Farming is a global multi-stakeholder alliance that works with partners across the agricultural value chain to support smallholder farmers in developing economies. Its initiatives focus on improving agricultural productivity and farm incomes through access to agricultural solutions and knowledge.
The partnership combines Crystal Seeds’ portfolio with Bayer’s Better Life Farming network to strengthen seed access and technical knowledge among farmers in Indya.
