Vylor Edge is the new global investment platform of Vylor, the advanced seed and genetics company that is scheduled to spin off from Corteva on October 1, 2026. Launched on September 3, 2026, Vylor Edge is designed to accelerate the development and commercialization of technologies with applications across global agriculture through equity investments and strategic partnerships with startups, entrepreneurs, universities, and the wider innovation ecosystem.

Vylor Edge’s initial focus areas include gene editing and advanced breeding, protein engineering, artificial intelligence, and digital technology platforms. The platform is intended to combine Vylor’s agricultural expertise, R&D capabilities, global footprint, and commercial infrastructure with technologies developed by external innovators.

The platform is also carrying forward investments and collaborations previously managed through Corteva Catalyst, Corteva’s agricultural investment platform. These existing relationships are transitioning to Vylor as part of the planned separation, while Vylor Edge will also seek new opportunities across emerging agricultural technologies.
