Seipasa Applies its Natural Technology© Model To The Gardening Sector And Strengthens Its Garden Division
02 September 2026, Spain: Seipasa, a Spanish company specializing in the development, formulation, and manufacturing of bioinsecticide, biofungicide, bioherbicide, biostimulant, and nutritional treatments for agriculture, is reinforcing its Garden business unit to transfer its technical expertise, innovation, and sustainability model to the home gardening market.
Following 28 years of industry leadership in professional agriculture with zero-residue solutions, the company is strengthening this strategic area based on the core pillars of its Natural Technology© model: the strategic value of plant protection registrations, advanced scientific research, direct in-house manufacturing capabilities, and highly efficient proprietary logistics.
To lead this initiative and respond dynamically to consumer market demands, Seipasa has appointed Raúl Montoro as the new Director of the Garden division. Montoro brings extensive experience in this segment and assumes responsibility for bolstering the corporate structure to consolidate the company’s retail presence.
“Taking on the leadership of Seipasa’s Garden division represents an exciting challenge and an extraordinary opportunity. I am joining a brand with solid values in innovation, sustainability, and technology that has led zero-residue agriculture for 28 years through biocontrol, biostimulation, and plant nutrition—and that carries significant responsibility,” stated Montoro.
The value of plant protection registrations and commitment to R&D
The extension of Seipasa’s value proposition to home gardening is supported by an extensive portfolio of plant protection products registrations in biocontrol across more than 30 countries. These official certifications serve as a technical guarantee of safety, efficacy, and regulatory rigor
This strong R&D foundation is also reflected in five registered patents and the National Innovation Award, granted by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, which endorses the firm’s model.
Direct manufacturing and vertical integration of the value chain
Additionally, Seipasa extends the competitive advantage of direct manufacturing to its Garden line. The multinational controls the entire value chain—from initial research to formulation, packaging, and distribution—from its industrial complex in l’Alcúdia (Valencia), which houses three R&D laboratories, a production plant, and a proprietary experimental center.
In this regard, the new head of the Garden unit highlighted: “The vast majority of players operating in the retail segment are intermediaries or traders who purchase products from third parties for resale.”
“At Seipasa,” added Montoro, “we stand apart because we are direct manufacturers. This gives us full control over quality, active ingredient stability, and the traceability of every solution that reaches the point of sale.”
Proprietary logistics and corporate reliability
End-to-end process control is completed by direct distribution from Seipasa’s proprietary logistics center in l’Alcúdia. This system is recognized for its speed and operational efficiency. Recently, a major operator in the home and garden sector awarded Seipasa a supplier compliance rate exceeding 90%, confirming its operational quality.
Demonstrating this commitment to the business unit, Seipasa will participate in the upcoming edition of Iberflora, the leading international trade fair for landscaping, plants, technology, and DIY gardening. The multinational will attend the event at Feria Valencia to showcase its expanded offering and Natural Technology solutions to distributors, professionals, and major retail operators.
