07 August 2026, Chandigarh: IFFCO-MC Crop Science has introduced two new crop protection products in India, Mitsuki, its first patented fungicide registered under Section 9(3) of the Insecticides Act, and NexaWet, a citrus peel extract-based silicone adjuvant during its flagship event, SwarnArambh 2026 held in Chandigarh.
New Products Target Disease Control and Spray Efficiency
According to the company, Mitsuki combines Thiophanate Methyl and Picoxystrobin in a patented formulation designed to manage key paddy diseases, including sheath blight, blast and grain discolouration.
Alongside the new fungicide, IFFCO-MC introduced NexaWet, a silicone adjuvant derived from citrus peel extract. The product is designed to improve spray spreading, adhesion, absorption and uptake, thereby enhancing the performance of crop protection applications.

The launch event brought together more than 350 participants, including representatives from the cooperative sector, agribusiness companies, technology partners, channel partners, media and the farming community.
The programme was inaugurated by Dileep Sanghani, Chairman of IFFCO and IFFCO-MC, in the presence of senior officials from IFFCO and IFFCO-MC.
