23 September 2026, Madrid: Rovensa Next has appointed Javier de Benito as Chief Operations Officer (COO), a newly created role aimed at strengthening global operations, supply chain integration and customer service.
De Benito joins the company’s Executive Committee and will lead the new Global Operations Function, overseeing industrial operations, supply and operations, and customer service. He will report to Ignacio Domínguez, Chairman and CEO of Rovensa Group.
In his new role, de Benito will oversee 12 production plants across Europe, Brazil, Mexico, the United States and South Africa. The centralized structure is intended to improve coordination, operational efficiency, product availability and service delivery for distributors and growers worldwide.
De Benito brings international experience in industrial transformation, operational performance, business integration and organizational change across sectors including agriculture, chemicals, energy and industrial manufacturing.
